they are asking $32,988 on craigslist, but at the dealer the retail says 34,995 on the window. so i know they have room in it.
i am trading in a 2003 f-150 work truck with no lein. they will give me about 3000 for it.
im trying to be around 29000 OTD. is this realistic?

I think so. Remember, the custom wheels and lift are worth nothing, so don't get stars in your eyes over that.
KBB shows a retail of about $34k, depending on how I guessed at the equipment. I think $29k OTD is a reasonable offer, and would just tell them that that is what I will pay. They are screwing you on your trade, but that's the way it goes unless you are able to sell it yourself.
I agree. $29K is reasonable. As they are screwing you on the trade, they can deal on the price of this truck. They will deal if they want to move the unit. They already let you drive it home for the night, so they are interested in selling to you.
