any ideas ????
changed thermostat, varified blend door working with method from heater treater, flused heater core ...still like warm heat ...no cluse what to do next ....
can a heater core be bad with no leaks ? i flushed it even flow from both sides ?? no clue
doesnt seem to be any major difference at fan speed ,does seem slightly warmer at rear vents ,also there is a faint smell of antifreeze, but no leaks ,drips or anything
doesn't seem to be any major difference at fan speed
Then it's a blend door issue. You had to have missed something when you checked it out.
With a plugged HC, the air from the vents will get hotter as the fan speed is reduced. Since your's doesn't change temperature much if any, then the problem has nothing to do with coolant flow and everything to do with the hot/cold air mixture coming from the blend door.
its 100% not the blend door ,i cut out behind the gove box then cut open the box where the heater core and the blend door is ,per heater treater,i watch the door open and close it also makes a suction noise, nobody i know can figure it out and i dont have the coin right now to take it to a shop .. its mind bottling ..
