Question on about suspension problem when turning left at almost full lock I move foward and it feels like something slips in front but I can't locate where the is slipping is occuring. I recently replaced the Camber bushing it had 2wd busings in it before also the place I took it to get aligned they said something was bent and they were unable to get an accurate alignment, Also my tires are featherd and don't know why and I can't tell if they are getting worse.
my shocks are new I also have a leveling kit but i didn't notice a problem till I replaced the Camber bushings.
So you think i need the ball joints, and tie rod ends
No offense to you or the responder but I wouldn't go replacing parts based on what someone on the internet "thinks". Take it to a reputable shop and have it checked, if you can't do it yourself. It's not difficult for them to check ball joints and tie rods and then you know, you don't have to think.
I agree.
A proffesional alignment shop will tell you exactly whats wrong with it and have the capability to fully service it. If you don't have any experience in diagnosing your issues spend the money and have it done correctly. It sounds like you may need a fair amount of work including the tires.
I just lost the 3 bolts that hold the steering box onto the frame. the first bolt was rusted over at the break, so it had been awhile.. (second popped and i heard it.. then i drove it to mechanic, the third went as it was turning into the door to the lift)
when the first broke I could tell there was a problem but could not find it.. I got an alignment and wheel was 1/4 off when I drove it home.. I later realized the alignment shop didn't catch it when they drove it out. I just figured they were lazy and a poor shop.
felt a bit like what you describe. worth checking i suppose.
