Carb hesitation

Carb hesitation
I have a 390 2 barrel carb on my 75 F-250 4X4 Highboy, runs excellent, except from a stop it has a little hesitation. If you feather the gas when you take off is what you have to do,as soon as it's above idle a bit it runs strong, any ideas?? Thanks for your help....."Keep em Cranking".......... 390man
