power acc. wire for trailers

power acc. wire for trailers
on my 02 f-350 deisel, the red power acc. wire for trailer acc.'s has no juice to it . where do i begin tracin this wire to? nevr had to use this wire before , now we need to charge our dump trailer with igt, please help!!!!!

Then look up the fuse for the trailer 12v wire. I'm not exactly sure how it will be labeled in your book but it should be obvious. It might be called the trailer batter charge fuse.
This is the first place to look, as it is the most common problem.
Also be aware that this wire will only have power when the key is in Run.
