04 f150 head replacement
just was told i have to replace the cylinder head on my 05 5.4 3 valve. i was wondering if anybody on here has done anything like this on one and if so how difficult was it, and also how expensive was it? should i put aftermarket high performance on there or should i go stock. i realy don't get into racing or anything, but the price is comparitable. also does anybody know a good manufacturer of aftermarket or reconditioned heads to go with? any advice helps thanks alot.
