I'll take a look bigcrunch, when I get a chance, the truck is put away for the winter and it will be a bit of work to get at it. If I recall correctly, you need more than just the booster/ MC. I'm pretty sure you also need the pedal assembly and firewall plate? I'll have to look. Maybe Bill (or someone else) will chime in on this? I think it was Bill (ND) that gave me the idea in the first place.

Interesting brakes (single piston). They work more (a lot more) going forward than they do backward. I don't have a truck this size, but I have had the pleasuring of single piston drum brakes.

I would imagine the rears are bi-directional. If they're not, then you'd never be able to stop it rolling down a hill backward with a load.

Well, I actually did. With plenty of wood for the wood stove and ample liquid refreshments, I got almost all of the wiring complete! Including this B- bus bar with many independent grounds;

Blue Sea Systems 150 Amp Common BusBar

a B+ bus bar for additional circuits, 3 maxi fuses, one to protect the wiring harness, one for (point of future edit) and one for future reference. I took the radiator to a local shop to have two bungs brazed into the tanks. One in the bottom tank so I could plumb this tank style engine pre heater into the cooling system(I actually got mine at JC Whitney years prior and it had been sitting on a shelf unused, can’t find it on their site now);

Zerostart-Zerostart Heavy-Duty 2250 Watt Industrial Heater - 3305004-3305004

And one in the top tank for the temperature probe for this electric fan;

Flex-a-lite Low Boy Electric Fans 118 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing

And this fan controller;

Flex-a-lite Variable Speed Controllers 31163 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing

I also installed one of these engine pre oilers;

Canton Racing Accusump Oil Accumulators 24-046 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing

Along with this valve (this actually looks like a newer model);

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ctr-24270x

and this check valve;

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ctr-24-280

These mounting brackets;

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ctr-24-240

And this adapter;

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ctr-22-565

Relays like this for headlights;

40 Amp Automotive Relay with Metal Tab - Wiring Products

And auto reset circuit breakers like this;

30 Amp 'Short Stop' Auto reset Circuit Breaker 12 Volt Right Angle - Wiring Products

With these covers;

Standard Circuit Breaker Boot - Yellow - Wiring Products

With lots of these connectors;

22-10 Gauge Non-Insulated Butt Splices - Wiring Products

and lots of heat shrink tubing that I picked up at my local Ace hardware store and lots of pre tinned marine grade wire. Also got an alarm at a local auto accessory shop and wired that in along the way.

So it was a good winter . Made a lot of progress and emerged from the shelter in the spring of 2011 with a running truck! No brakes or exhaust, but a running truck!

My bushings were all in usable condition and I used SS bolts that I picked up locally.
