4.6/5.4 swap
I've got a 97 F150 with a knock in the engine(223000 miles). Can I or should I replace it with a 5.4 with 119000 miles? Will everything bolt up without any problems?

It should bolt up. But I've never done it. You would have to change out your computer at the very least.
I would be reluctant to install a 100K+ motor in your truck. I would be looking for something with fewer miles. But thats just my 2 cents.
