In extreme cases I've heard of 750,000. But in reality it all depends on how well its been taken care of. If the previous owner or owners has beaten the crap out of it an not done all the maintenance then it might last a 100k or more. It might only last another 20k its really hard to tell. Do you happen to know the maintenance history?
I have 216k on my '01 5.4 and as far as the motor is concerned it has been pretty good. Like Pili said it should probably last you a while, prolly at least till 300k unless it wasnt taken care of.
