hmmm i guess that's about when i quit, usually i have a big glass of water right before supper around 6pm, then i'm usually in bed by 8pm. then up at 3:30am ready to do it all over again!

When I was working I'd be in bed by 10 and up at 4, now in bed at 11 and up at 7..

summer time up at 6

you're tougher than me! I can't make it off less than 7 hours a night! and even then i'm struggling lol, i like 7 1/2 to 8! i'm a pansy!

I used to get 5-6 hours at one time and it was enough but on my days off I'd sleep in for an extra hour or two..

It Is a laundry day for me.. adjusted the amount of hot water that comes out in the tub to the central bath.. I had it low for the grandkids to keep them from Getting scalded .. raised it a bit..
