weed maybe but not a flower.....

 

I never put lights up and now we don't even decorate indoors either , all that happens now is a wreath on the front door..

 

All I have is two 25 ft strings of white LED lights yr round, one on my deck and the other on my wife`s garage wall facing our house. They`re small lights but light up these areas nicely, in the winter they're on 24/7 since the days are so short and quite often pretty dark.

 

I go a little bit further than that at times with decorations.. Usually outside....

 

We never see anyone over the holidays anyway and don't see any sense in decorating

 

I see my daughter and two of my boys....

 

I`m really impressed by the small but powerful LED`s, last winter after seeing the first set lit I bought the second set shortly after. I did have a set of Christmas lights on one of my outdoor evergreen trees but this summer the insides of tem filled with water so they got recycled. My old Christmas outdoor lights were shot so they get recycled too. I`ll go for new set of Christmas lights if I find a nice LED set.

 

I have a few sets of LED lights.. I need to take all my old sets to work and get rid of them..

last year the wife asked if i could buy some LED lights and wrap our trees with them... I hope she forgot about that lol! i will put up the usual lights on the eve of the house though.
