Question Steering

Hello everyone, got a question about keeping my Excursion driving straight on the road. I got new tires a little while ago and now I have problems with the truck wandering instead of keeping a straight line on the road. Didn't have that problem before the tires went on. The ride is good, the tires seem to be balanced fine. Prior to the new tires going on, the alignment was fine. Also the the teering whell is on an angle, it doesn't sit straight anymore. Could they have damaged something when jacking the truck to change the tires? Has anyone else had a hard time keeping there truck straight on the road? Let me know.
Thanks,
George

first question, what load range are the new tires compared to the old ones. its' recommended to use load range E tires.

if the steering wheel is not aligned now, and it was before, then there is something else causing that issue, it should not be the tires that cause this. tires will cause a pull, or a wobble ect, but as for mechanically the steering wheel should not have changed angles due to JUST tire install.
