Edge insight CTS problems. HELP!

Mine worked just fine. I bought it a few months ago. It was all updated then and There was a new update for me last week. Still works great

I guess Ill be calling edge in the morning... pretty dissapointing to pay $350 for something and have problems with it right off the bat.
