they sound AWESOME. Especially the FRPP Cams for a 4.6 3v. The 5.4 3v and 4.6 3v share the same heads and cams. So it's a direct swap
Gives the exhaust a nice loping idle.
If the wife ever lets me play with her Expy, I will be throwing some cams and 4.30 gears to wake up that 5.4 3v

I live near a few latemodel mustang racers, so I was thinking of just getting some stock mustang cams. Getting some FMS or Comp cams would be awesome but I would think you would also have to change the converter on these heavy trucks.
