So I'm planning on getting a set of 18" wheels on my truck and running 295/70/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. A friend of mind with an 06 King Ranch 250 and a leveling kit has this and it looks good. Only issue is I don't know what offset I need for my wheels, since the backspacing/offset is different between my model year and the 05-07s. I am however running the 05-07 bumper if that makes a difference.
Does your truck have a leveling kit? If it doesn't, a -12 offset will be close to rubbing. you can trip the bottom valence on the front bumper to try to prevent some rubbing.

Sorry, don't know why I didn't put that in there. Yeah I'm running a Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit and going to put 350 blocks in the rear so that it sits level. The front is like a hair over an inch higher...driving me nuts!

That would drive me nuts too. Well worth it to put the F350 blocks in the rear IMO. I park my truck on my level driveway and love that when it rains a small amount of water stays in the bed. Best feeling ever Anyways, back to the tires. You should be OK with that leveling kit and the -12mm offset, but like anything elese with very small variances you won't know for sure until you try it. Hopefully someone else who has done it with your same setup can chime in.
