HELP!!! its killing me

ok big problem ill try to make it understandable for everyone. have an 06f350 6.oL i had the motor replaced the new motor has 20,000 miles on it. we used the same intake manifold just cleaned it out same turbo the rest is the new one. ok so i was throwing codes p0069 and p0470 the map/baro and the exhaust pressure circut code. i replaced my map sensor AND my exhaust pressure sensor and i threw the code again now when the cel is on with these codes its hit and miss if my turbo works i can start it drive around everything be fine but only have the cel on and then i can shut if off run in the store real fast come out start it up and no turbo and when this happens i put it in neutral shut it off and start it back up and i have my turbo back. i pulled the sensor i believe to be related to the boost gauge and turbo it is on the front of the manifold right by the oil filter housing i pulled it off cleaned it up and put it back in.. fyi i also have the egr delete kit on. and the only code i should throw with that is one related to the egr but i have a chip to prevent that.

maybe it is your baro sensor ..... ??

Did you clean out the EBP tube and the MAP sensor hose?

You have a separate Baro - that is why I asked. I believe it is under your dash (inside the cab) on the drivers side.

Edit:

Located inside the vehicle, under the steering column. C2256 is the connector number in the wiring diagram. Tucked up under
the dash.

mark is correct there are 3 different sensors involved. the ebp, the map and the baro.
you really need to look at the values for each sensor and see what one is off. the values should be looked at with the key on and the engine off and should all be around 14.5 +/- .5 psi.
I suspect with the p0470 you issue is with the ebp sensor and or connector.

Not to be rude I dont care if they are new are not. the does not chage needing to look at the values. theres more to those numbers then new sensors. mainly harness issues.

AND just because the sensors are new doesn't mean they aren't defective.
