Ok, I bought the Monroe 90006 conversion for my Expy. Installed fronts with no issues, ride height looks fine. Installed rear shocks and springs and the ride height does not look right. It sits lower now then before. Has anyone installed the Monroe conversion for a 4wd version. All I know that If I haul around a full load that I would be on the bump stops for sure.
I tow with this vehicle a lot and I hooked up the trailer and it put the rear end almost on the bump stops, lacked a 1/2 inch! I have about 600-700lbs tongue weight with a equalizer bars pulled up as far as they would go.
Called Monroe today and they said there is no difference between the 4WD springs and the 2WD springs. They want me to take some measurements. Said something to the effect that the front might be to high. I really just want the back to be the same height as the front. So I orderd a 2 inch lift for the rear.
