NO! NO! NO! Do not pry unless you want a pile of scrap plastic. Remove the headlight and drain the water, then dry the headlight with compressed air, then you can use your wife or G.F.s hair drier set on low to medium heat and blow through the hole for the bulb. then you can seal the edge seam with clear silicone using a small bead and then use your finger to smooth and press into any imperfections/leaks. Let it dry and clean off any excess silicone and reinstall. Don't forget to reinstall the bulb.

Whenever someone comes to me with this problem I just drill a 3/32" hole near the bottom at an upward angle, which alway keeps them drained and dried. The heat from the headlights helps keep them dry, as long as that drain hole is there.
