I live in Rockwall just east of Dallas but My dad's side of the family is from Marshall and I own the property now. Last time I was in Marshall, we were driving around not to far from the old high school just south of Hwy 80 and I am pretty certain we drove by your house because there was an old brown supercab sitting in the driveway and another cool ford truck.
I have a 76 supercab myself. Plan on being in Marshall on Oct 6th. If you got a few minutes I could stop by and compare notes.
First Gilmer, then Jacksonville, then Beaumont, then Houston
I was raised in Gilmer. When I graduated I moved to Jacksonville and went to Lon Morris for the summer. Then I went on down to Beaumont and got my degree from Lamar in Beaumont. After that I moved to Friendswood (south of Houston) and I work at Johnson Space Center (NASA). I'm a 6th generation TX and I have lived in E. Tex for most of my life (born in Irving). I'm not planning on living anywhere else. TX is it for me. Austin is an old family name, yep, thats right, I can trace my family back to the original 300 that came down w/ Steven F Austin. Read your TX history.
Right now I've got my daily driver in the garage for a complete restoration. 71 short bed, PS, PDB and AC. 460/ C6 combo.
well i live on 2666 are you talking about truck trails or atv trails. i have been to blue lake for atvs but it is close down due to an idiot hitting a tree at 90 mph on a banshee. do you know the smith family. they live right down the road from you
do you know where pelican road is at the end of 3460. go down the road across from the truckstop first road on the right is pelican go all the way down until it curves then go to the second curve and there you are mud galore. there is also a pipeline with plenty of mud. but the road is what had most of it before they put rocks in the holes. go there after a big rain. it's fun, i took my 84 bronco 2 4x4 down there, it is fun when you got it in 4h going sideways down the road. i did not have any money so it had street tires. 60's all the way around. it slung the mus though.
Thanks didnt know that there was mud over there. We will have to hook up, i own a 82 full size w/33s kept the trick stock but completely rebuilt down to little stuff like window rubbers ect.
You might have seen her she's 2 tone brown bought her from Rick Carpenter
