What do these numbers mean??
A friend of mine has 3 aod trans & each has a id tag by the speedometer
can anyone tell me what these numbers mean

The first codes aren't really decipherable as sort of plant codes. Transmission one is out of a truck and the other two are cars. They are at least all 1989 transmissions. Pretty much all of them would be good to use. The AOD got a lot of upgrades in 1989 compared to the earlier ones.
