Voltage regulator pinout

Anyone have the pin out or description for what each of the four wires that go into or out of the voltage regulator?
Looks like the Yellow on my is bad or not in line and im unable to find the other end,

Looks like it is the Radio noise capacitor, CRAP i was hoping it was the missing link to solve my tranny problems.
