It's sort of blurry and I'm not sure there is enough there to get any info other than the fact that the truck is a 79swb 4x4. But I'm interested in whether the truck is an original lariat.

You need to post the "trim" code from the metal warranty plate riveted to the drivers door just below the door latch.
You posted a picture of the certification label.

That's what I thought. but I wasn't completely sure. I just sent the guy and email and will post the picture when he sends it.
On a sidenote, I have been doing quite a bit of lurking on here and learning a lot of stuff about these old dentside Ford trucks. It's a pretty cool community you guys have going in here, and if I get this truck I expect to start becoming very active.
