auto window motors

auto window motors
i'm looking for input. in the door the auto window motors try to turn and are either slipping on the gear or the motors are to weak. after i pulled the motor and let it run free no slip. input and best solution...? $90 each new seems over the top to me.

Needs new bushings in the motor. You can get them at AutoZone.
