Fluttering Boost Gauge?

I've noticed that mine starts to fluttered around 15 lbs and quits around 23 lbs. Once I get it above 25.
However, I notice that my fuel gauge needle starts to fludder once I break 30 lb boost. Lol.

You don't. It's normal.
The Super Duty trucks don't exhibit this issue nearly as often because there is a ton of intake system used as a buffer that absorbs the small amount of pressure fluctuation.
Unless you add an intercooler, you will never have a hope in getting the "problem" fixed.

I'd suspect a pinched or kinked line somewhere. You might try 1/8" copper tubing if you're using plastic. It's available at most hardware stores and much easier to work with.
