My parts came in and ill be installing them next weekend. i dont really want to take pictures of the process but if i have people interested i will.
i will for sure tell you how it went, but let me know if you guys want pictures....

I did mine in my 2002 Expy last December. I purchased the conversion springs only from Strutmasters. I think it cost $230.00. The rear conversion took me about 5 hours not working particularly fast. I did it in front of my house with jack stands and a floor jack. The Expy does ride a bit stiffer than with the air, but knowing the rear is not going to suddenly sag at the most inopportune time is worth the slightly stiffer ride. Given the ozone levels here in Southern California, I'm surprised the air bags lasted as long as they did.
