Trans Temp Gauge install
Fellas-
Any idea where to tap into my C6 to hook up my new Autometer mechanical gauge? It has a 1/2" NPT I think, but I can get a 3/8" NPT for it, which is what I did for the water temp.

Looks like it'll be more trouble than it's worth, I don't plan on pulling anything with it. I thought it would be an easy access plug and play, might save the gauge for my DD that I do tow with.
I'm using the 2 1/16 guages, and found the matching mini tach last night on Jegs website. I think I would benifit more from that anyhow. I haven't put a tach on just because I didn't like the idea of a huge column mount, so the mini would be a good fit.

It's not a big deal to install it, but if you are running aftermarket coolers, especially a bigger one, you shouldn't have problems.
I ran dual coolers and the normal running temp for my C6 with 3000 stall covertor was 170 degrees.
