It looks like the rear main is leaking, I would use the felpro one. When my sons did this conversion they installed a new rear main. This was on his stroke, but I would think this would apply to your IDI. He disassembled the dual mass and used the very center ring , as see in your first picture, to press the new seal in using the bolts that hold the flywheel on. It worked perfectly, so that ring now resides in my toolbox for future use.
The pic of the transfer case, where the oil is leaking, that is just a soft plug if I remember right.
What tranny? Again IIR the front input shaft seal on a T19 is held on by the cap that holds the input shaft bearing in. That is held on with 4-6 bolts, so it is easy to replace. It has been a quite a wile since I have worked on one so I could be mistaken. Seem I am suffering from CRS lately!
that is where the electric shift is installed, or supposed to be, yours is manual shift so i dont know how that would be leaking. some sillycone would stop that up but clean it out well and see just what happened. on mine it is cast in not a seal.
My transmission is not a T18 or T19 I believe it is the ZF5. I does not have any bolts in the front of the transmission. I have an input shaft straight out. No type of bolts to remove. Thank you for your reply.
Wrekinball, thank you for clarifying that. I appreciate it.
Thank you Festus, I was replying to farmerts reply. I don't know how to replace the input shaft seal. I am thinking it might be smart to replace it. I am just wondering how to do it.

I'm pretty sure the input shaft seal requires dissembling the tranny on a ZF5. If I didn't feel so lazy right now, I'd run out the garage to check the service manual, but I feel like it said you need to remove the quill to get at the seal, and that pretty much means crack the case and pull it apart. Which isn't that much fun.
The valley pan is clean fonefiddy. Rotunda tool eh? Hmm. I am going to google that. LOL
tecgod, I think I am going to pass on tearing my tranny apart. I would pay someone first. I would sure screw things up quick. I might try to rebuild it with the instructions for rebuilding a blender! LOL
Hey folks, I am been fighting with the GP under the turbo. I have removed the GP controller and the return fuel line. I have been doing this for an hour. I am sick of it. I would like some suggestions or tips. Maybe someone could tell me how to remove the turbo. I am about ready to load the .50 cal and remove it that way! LOL
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the 93 F250 Factory turbo.
ahh them turbo's just get in the way so you can't work on things.
rip that thing right off, along with all its parts and send it to me.
then you'll have complete access.
LOL 250 dont tempt me to have u come after the whole truck! LOL I finally got them after 3 hours of fighting. I had 5 that were trash. Coincidentally that is all the ZD9's they had in stock too...LOL Lucky huh. Anyway, those are in now. I just got through replacing the rear main seal and now I am ready to install the flywheel and clutch. Before I get too involved in that I am wondering what the torques specs are. I am sure somebody has a clue in here.....LOL I am hoping to have the tranny in tonight before I go to bed, that would be AWESOME!

Torque specs for the flywheel & pressure plate? 1/2" drive impact set on "2" (or DANG tight) for the flywheel. 3/8" impact set on "1" (or tight +2) for the pressure plate
Thank you Fodge.... I just crawled under there, i double checked the rear main seal and I'll be a SOB if that GD SOB isnt pinched!!!!!!!! This truck may have a sign on it that says, "FREE TO GOOD HOME!" on it....LOL I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this point...LOL
Ok, good news is I got the new seal in flawlessly! YAY I put the flywheel up there and start tightening the bolts. I made a "star" pattern and just snugged them up really good. Then I got the torque wrench and set it to 79 ft lbs. I found that setting from a google search. Well I changed it to 70 when it was feeling too tight, I was afraid of breaking them. Only 3 clicked, it just didn't feel right. Well I broke one....dayum. Now what? Geez, help me guys....help me I am so drowning here...... I am using the new bolts that came with the clutch kit.
