fuel leaks
Little backround:
I purchased a used engine for 150 bucks with blown head gaskets, changed them and put the new engine in cause my old one was seized (bought it in this condition). When viewing the injectors the ones from the old engine looked like it was in way better condition so I put the injectors from the old into the new one along with new orings and copper washers. I also have a fuel leak towards the rear of the engine but when I look I can't see where its coming from but I can see it under the engine and I know its diesel.
You need to clean up the mess to ensure you find the leak or toss parts at until you do ...
Leaking Fuel around an Injector is 9 times out of 10 the return Tees, Return lines, Return o-rings!
Are the Tees down all the way tight, Did you use Vaseline or something to lube the o-rings before assembly... ???
Did you purchase an Injector Installation kit to get the o-rings and copper Injector seals... ??? (If yes where did you purchase it)
However it could also be the Injector line (hard line).
Where do you see Fuel under the engine, right rear of the motor around the bell housing and block... ???
This could be the Injection Pump leaking from the weep hole and running out the valley drain, Place a clean piece of paper under the Injection pump and run the motor for a couple minutes, then pull the paper, does it have fuel on it!
-Enjoy

That would be impossible unless the injector is cracked, never heard of that happening!
Clean up the injector and surrounding area dry of all fuel.
Take a strip of a paper towel and roll it up into a log about 1/4" in diameter and wrap it around the base of the injector just under the hex and tie it ensuring it touches nothing but the injector, then run the motor for a couple of minutes, then check the paper towel for fuel.
