Fuel pump connector

I need to replace the connectors to the intank fuel pumps on a 1988 f350 460 motor efi. The connector doent have the wires new. Is there a tool i need to get the wires out of the old connector?

I am sure there is an official tool. You might be able to get a very small screwdriver in there and release the clips that hold them in place.
