I was wondering if anyone on here had ever run a set of 215/85 R16's on their F 250. I have and 85 F 250 4x4 (diesel) and have mostly run the standard 235/85 R16's that the factory recommends, However, I'm about to get a set of winter only tires to swap out every year and was just curious as to whether or not this size tire just looked/seemed to small on these rigs. The winter tires I found do come in the factory size but I also noticed these slightly smaller ones with the same 10 ply rating, so, Just thought they might do fine --assuming they don’t look too ridiculously small

The 215 is not as wide a tire as the 235 if you use the truck to do any work it is best to stay with a 235.I would go up in numbers not down.I use 265 75 16 on my truck I started using them because I could find them cheaper than the 235.
