Rear vent windows not working

I haven't been on here in a long time. I guess life has gotten in the way.

My rear vent windows aren't working. I believe it is the #3 fuse under the hood. The fuse is good but I am not getting any power to the fuse. Am I in the right place and are there any "normal" causes to this?

Sometimes they just stick in the closed position. Have someone rapidly bump the switches while grasping the rotating shaft on the window with a pair of pliers and gently rotate it to assist the motor as it tries to open the window. I have to do this fairly frequently.

After several yeaars of never using the vents, mine also stuck tightly to the weatherstrip as well. I thought they were not getting power at first too.

Also, on my Excursion, the driver side vent works without the key being on. But the passenger side only works when the ignition is on. Still haven't figured that one out yet.

My drivers side is stuck closed. But here in Florida you run the A/C almost all the time. Now with winter coming I may have to unstick the window.

i agree , mine stick quite regularly too, you can just about here the click as the motor fails to turn.
give them some assistance while pushing the switch.
