2003 Explorer Sporttrac Last Hope on Rear Window Fix

Hello everyone, Im new to this forum but am a member of many other forums. I tried the search function on here but no luck. Hope you guys can help. Heres the problem:

The rear window in the center back doesnt work. I pulled the rear window motor off and the gear or thing that spins would barely move every time i press the down or vent button. So i ordered a new window motor same exact part number.

I install the new rear motor and now it doesn't work at all. and the old motor doesnt move at all either. On the volt meter its getting no volts out the switch to the window motor regardless of which option i press (vent,up,down)

I read this How do you initialize the rear window motor on a 2001 ford sport trac
and this
my 04 sport trac rear window will not go down. It vents ... - JustAnswer

but no luck didnt work.

Does anyone know if i need to do this same procedure for the 03 sportrac? Anyone have the instructions on Removing Rear Window Motor in an Haynes manual or similar? Old any advice please <!-- google_ad_section_end --> <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

Thanks buddy for the reply, however the links to what i need on those threads are old and cannot be acessed.

Does anyone happen to have the wiring manuals or the section out of a haynes manual in regards to replacing the rear window motor?

I see everyones replies. I meant under the third link you gave me has the following reply:

If you have tried that and it still doesn't work I can send you the "Sport Trac Rear Window Initialization Procedure". I also have the diagnosis procedures as well as the wiring schematics and connector pin-outs.
That link doesnt work. And thats the link i need to see.

Take the old motor and bypass the switch if the switch is the problem then take back the new one and replace the switch
Make sure you have power going in the switch before doing anything

all three imbeded posts discuss how to change the motor / calble setup and reinitialize the setting.. None of them discuss the power supply. below is a link to ford service manual. put in your year, then go to the back, about page 150-200 area and look for the fuse supply for the windowss, but im assuming that is for ALL the windows. Maybe you have a wire problem at the door hinge area.

I cant give you the wore colors, but i can tell you on my 2002 EXP, the neighbor kids were trying to push the window donw and ruined the cable drive. I bought a new motor/ cable unit. I plugged the wire into the motor and ran it up and down will i was holding it outside the door. You can do that and figure out which two wires are runnign the motor.
