I like my Rhino Liner. Holds up well. I'd definitely shop around for warranties and whatnot before pulling the trigger on something. Between linex or rhino, they have to be pretty similar products, i'd make my decision on price, warranty and availability.

I think Line-X is a little softer than Rhino... other than that they are nearly identical.

I have Line-X and I love it. I don't think it is softer than Rhino, but I don't know how one would measure that. Mine has held up to tons of abuse and cleans up beautifully.
The feature I like the best is the lifetime warranty. A towmotor did tear a hole in my liner with one of the forks when the operator tried to get underneath a 300+ pound tub of scrap steel. The tear was about the size of the palm of my hand. I called my installer and asked for an appointment. He said bring it in the next day I was available. I know where the tear was but I cannot see where the repair was made. It is completely indistinguishable from the rest of the liner.
That liner stretched a good 3 inches when the fork caught it before it tore.
I highly recommend Line-X based on my experience.

I have Line X, my father has Rhino. Rhino is thicker and seems to hold up better in my opinion. May be because it is thicker, I know mine is easier than I thought it would be to scratch off.

It also depends on how well the installer prepped the bed. If they didn't do a good job cleaning it up then it won't stick as well.
