Update and saying hi

I havnt posted a thread recently (which is a good thing) but I feel like I wanted people to see where my truck is at and how she is doing. I am currently working on making her mostly black and white with very little color and or chrome. My latest addition I think really helps set off the black wheels and bumpers. I got the windows tinted.

The backs are 5% over the existing factory tint and are pretty much blacked out. The front two are 10% and just enough to keep harmful UV rays out and still look good.

Next I need to do some after market back up lights so I can see behind me!
Unfortunately this is probably the last upgrades I will be doing to my truck for a while. Thanks for looking and thanks for any and all comments.

Truck Looks good! I am also in the process of blackening out my truck, except it will be a red truck with black everything else.... Tinting will be the next thing.... except I need to spend some money on maintenance instead of tint for now....

But I think it's funny how in Cali you have all sorts of rules for emissions and smog checks and blah blah blah.... but you can run 10% tint in your front windows... Here in NC I only barely have to do a safety inspection and no smog.... but I can "only" run 35% on the front windows...

But I think the last thing you should do for blacking out your truck would be to give you ranch hand front and rear bumper a paint job... that will make your truck look new!

The factory's tinting on the front windows and windshield is all that's legal in California unless you have a doctor's note.

The tint I have on the front is technically illegal. But since they can still see me I think im ok... for now. I think I am going to leave the tool box white. The bumpers Are eventually going to come off and get sand blasted and re-painted.

Love the tint! Have you thought about putting a strip of 5% across the top of the windshield? It might not be illegal. I was looking for a pic, I got it done on mine as well as 5% over factory tint on all windows. I gotta roll down my windows to back up as well as whenever I see a cop!

The only pics I have that shows the front... think the viser kinda hides the tint but it sure is nice!
