My 1st project PICS
Hey guys, here is my new project. It has 86,600 miles on it. All or mostly stock original. I just bought this two days ago. I paid $1200 and drove it from Indianapolis to Louisville (100 miles) doing 70mph without a hiccup. I have replaced all the fluids, put in new spark plugs, and a pertronix ignition. Fired right up again and he is driving like a champ. Im posting these pics to get your opinions on my buy. Also, take a look at the pics with rust. Is that bad rust or should that be pretty ease to deal with. Im planning to do a complete restoration... How did I do???

She does have some cancer.But the only thing you need to worrie about mainly is cab corners,drip rails,and floor board.Those are the problem areas from what i read.The bed..well its gonna need some work as well.But i would start with the cab.LMCtruck.com is your best source for body sheet metal.Good luck man.And she is pretty.

The floors are solid there is some rust all the way through in the corners of the door jams. I think they can be easily filled. Ill get a few pics of that up in a few days.
