They won't add any lift, that is in the springs and spring spacers. With these you have castor adjustment, so you could add an inch or two on top of the icon 4.5" springs with spacers and these would allow you to correct the castor. Icon has a 1" spacer and several others have 2" spacers. You might need a drop pitman arm and trac bar bracket going much above 4.5" though.

If these would have worked with a leveling kit I would have liked to have them, but Im guessing it would shift the axle ahead. Tried to use the 4 link from my lift kit with my leveling kit for unlimited caster, but shifted the axle too far ahead :-(
