I have replaced the brake hose, caliper and pads and the passenger side brake is still sticking. Making it eat my brake pad real fast. Drove 16 miles and you could smell the brake pad burning and could feel the heat.
Got home it wasnt sticking, seems to be off and on. Well drove some more and it stuck again. Got down and released the bleeder screw and the caliper was still stuck. Could it be a faulty remaned caliper?
By opening the bleed screw you eliminated a hydraulic problem. That only leaves, I would think, a sticking caliper piston, sticking caliper slider or pad backing lugs too tight on caliper bracket (due to rust/scale on bracket).
I replaced the caliper once again and its still dragging. I did notice the drivers side caliper slides around a bit on where it mounts and the passenger side dont and its the one thats dragging. Could this have any impact on it dragging?
Thats all we can think of. The porportining valve wouldnt do it would it?
Replaced the master cylinder, brake shoes, both brake hoses, passenger side rotor, and both calipers.
Your caliper is sticking. Lube the caliper slides, replace the hardware while you are at it. These areas are so often overlooked and are so prone to rust I am surprised more people don't complain.
I jsut thought about this, what about the line failing? Possibly crimped or something like a piece of rust got in the lines making it hold pressure but slowly bleed off?
Took the metel line off that runs across the crossmember to the passenger side caliper and blew a bunch of black stuff out of it, it blows a lot of air one way and kinda feels restricted the other way. Opening the bleed screw did free up the caliper.

Well if opening the bleed screw DOES release the brake then it is a hydraulic problem. Most likely would have been the flexible hose but that has been replaced, right. That leaves kinked/pinched/restricted hard line from the flexi hose to the join for the other front brake.
