Maybe a little more operational information and we can help. Any smoke? Check engine light? Stumbling? Oh, and all caps sounds like you are shouting...
Sorry for the Caps...I just did a MBRP 4" stainless exhaust, single..I have tranny gauge, Boost gauge and egt gauge..And Yes..when I was slamming pedal the check engine light came on then it went off...Happenned a couple of times with the chip in but none when I removed it..My boost will go up to 22-24 or so during this time too and EGTs generally dont go over 1100. I have no issues with start up or the way she runs, Its just the towing
Clogged fuel pickup screens in the fuel tank.
Classic symptoms as you describe.
This is what happened to my truck last year. It was slowing down more and more going uphill, but would drive just fine downhill. I have manual transmission.
In normal operation my 7.3 pulls 20k sets even on 7% grades without downshifting for about 1/2 mile. All stock.
Always has been this way...Whenever I tow..My BP goes up...And its an automatic transmission...By the way...Is that filter or scxreen an easy job? Do it yourself job?

It should be a DIY job. Much better of course if you have a 2nd person. If you are going to check the filter screens, you might as well do the Hutch and Harpoon mod while you are there with the tank down. Try to run as much fuel out and then drop the tank.
