Yeah, not in too much of a hurry. I don't have the money to be in a hurry, haha.

Got info back from Holley after a few emails back and forth. Ended up having to send some pictures so they could determine what carb it was. It's a 4160 465 cfm holley. They came on 64-67 ford 289 engines. On the holley website it says that it isn't compatible with the ford a/t kickdown?

Interesting! And a nice find too. 465cfms can work really well. Got a little extra on the high end without being super big. As long as everything is in good shape on the carb, it looks like you have a nice find.

A rebuild kit easy to obtain?

Yeah, I can get the kit directly through holley actually. Best part, the kit for the 465 is cheaper than the kit for the 390. BONUS! Started looking into cams for the project as well. Looking at comp cam's.

Sweet. I think a 465 is a really nice size for a 300. What cam are you looking at? Doing the same thing at the moment.

COMP Cams: 240-300c.i., 65'-96' (10" deck)

I am looking at the 260H I think. With the overall power upgrade with the DP, I don't want to lose my low-end with some of the other cams. The 260H seems to be a nice middle of the road, with good power increase, without losing my low RPM power.
