who hedman? well see thats the thing i mentiond the model number and the guy responded so fast with " yah no its that they won't accept suspension lifts" there was no way he checked his computer that fast unless he just so happend to have those headers up on the screen when i called...im still kinda worried about how thier gonna sit but summit said they'd have an answer here by tomorrow so heres to hoping..if everthing works i'll be ordering these in a couple weeks and start planing my install's final steps i've already done some math and come to the conclusion that these headers collection tubes are perfect but i can't seem to find and equation to get the collector/exhuast pipe length and diameter that i should use

also i noticed you use mile marker hubs...how can you stand those? unless you have different model than what i had i found that they where absolute ****..instead of a spring they have this metal piece with fingers that works instead of a spring and i was always having to take the hub apart and re bend the fingers to hold down the gear that was shoved into the hub upon locking it.

i had one on a 78 jimmy after getting stuck 4 times down to my frame from going into the dunes and then stopping and finding out that my inetria is what got me in and my 4x4 wasn't working cause of the M&M hub..i threw it out and bought warn...and im never looking back

So far they have worked fine for me, but I'll keep an eye on them.

Pipe wise you really can't measure up. All you can really do is guess at it. Most guys just run 2.5" piping.

If you can find a good custom exhaust shop I'd go there.

If you are doing it yourself and don't have an actual pipe bender I'd get the headers on then visually map out where you want it all to go, then head up to your local parts store and just get some feet of piping with some 90* bend pieces too.

My first exhaust I bought 2 90s and 10 ft of 3" tubing and some reducers to fit on the original piping on the truck. It was all pretty straight forward. Cut to fit, slip on the 90 or whatever and repeat until your setup is done then either weld it or clamp it AND DON'T FORGET HANGERS!

Pacesetter and Hooker headers are like, from what I hear, exceptional low cost headers. If you aren't gunna be drag racing or pushing your engine to its extreme then Hedman headers or Summit's own set (black magic spinoffs) will work too.

I don't know if the link will work, but IMO any of these 3 should work for a 94 F-250 351w truck. (I assume 4x4)

The Summit brand truck headers are actually Pacesetters, so I would go that route, great product, but they require high-temp paint and header wrap if you want them to last a long time.
