Recondition or trade...
Bought my '01 F150 Supercrew XLT 4WD new, put >138k miles so far. It's been largely trouble free, but it's starting to show it's age. It's time to do something about it. Price of new trucks keeps going up and I'm frankly not a big fan of the look of current models.
What about reconditioning what I have? Anybody have experience with shops that do this kind of work? Price range for basic reconditioning? I'm not looking to "trick my ride" or "Foose it up". It's a great vehicle and I love to keep it going. I live in southern CA.
