I checked the horns themselves by removing them and trying them through a battery and they work... But no sound from the steering pad or the alarm lock ...
Could it be a relay or perhaps bad wiring?
I'd really like to get this gremlin figured out...
Hey thanks a lot... I actually don't have the original manual so I'll check out the fuses/relays first. I'll report back with my findings. Hoping its an easy fix.
I've got the same issue, and dealer says they've checked the fuses and relay. I picked up a junkyard horn, instead of paying full price for a new one. Only issue is, I can't figure out how to get the old one out. It's kind of tight back behind the bumper and headlights. Looks like removing the headlight would open it up, but that seems like overkill. Thoughts?

-relay- measure voltage between horn relay - pin 86 and ground ; and between horn relay connector pin 30 and ground. Voltages should be greater than 10 volts each.
