Does anyone know a good mail order company that would carry pistons for a 400 I'am looking for a 9.1:1 and hear that Badger makes them but cannot find a source. Is there any one else that make a 400 high cr replacement pistion?

There's been many threads in this forum on pistons for the 400. I'd strongly suggest you do a search on "400" and "piston" and I'll bet you'll get more information than you know what to do with including the most recent (2 weeks or so) names and phone numbers to try to find the Ohio/Dynagear/Badger/Nylen/Ertel flat top 9:1 pistons.

 

Watch out there is more info on pistons for a 400 than you'll know what too do with. Let's make it simple. Here is some info I got from Billy Freeman about 2 weeks ago. I ordered my pistons, from brian then. They are about 5ft away from me in my living room now. Good, luck there is not alot of them floating around.

The Ertel part number is 1282P but they won't sell them to you without an account so they had to crossreference the number with a company in texas and that one is 400-10S-and then the oversize (20 or 30 or whatever). The number to this place is 1888-855-9712- and ask for brian- and the race is on! they don't have many-good luck
