Exclamation No start, help needed

After almost 2 weeks of vacation, and putting about 3500 miles on my truck, I go to start it today and it won't fire.

I checked for codes.... perfectly fine.

Ran KOEO and BUZZ tests.... passed with flying colors.

I datalogged RPM's, ICP, duty cycle, ICP voltage, fuel pulsewidth, mass fuel desired, and vehicle voltage as I cranked for 15 seconds at a time.... nothing unusual seen. ICP pressures climb like they are supposed to (both AE and the ICP gauge agree), duty cycle is good, fuel pulsewidth comes up, vehicle voltage is about 11 volts during cranking, and RPM's are good as the engine is turning over nice and fast.

I get smoke as I crank, so it's fueling. I have good fuel pressure (65 psi), that remains rock solid as I'm cranking. I have oil, even checked the HPOP reservoir... it's full.

It was 80 degrees when I tried to start my truck. I shouldn't need glow plugs, but for ####s and giggles, I even jumpered the GPR for a good 20 seconds just to see if that would help it start. Still wouldn't fire up.

I tried different chip positions, and even removed the chip completely. No change whatsoever.

So now I'm stuck. It's not a UVC harness issue, GPR, glow plugs (they are all new), IPR, ICP, fuel pressure, oil, chip, or CPS. Hell, it's smoking while I'm cranking, so it's firing fuel. I don't get it. I can't get this truck to start, and I'm stumped as to why.

Tell me, what did I miss? I'm taking suggestions... any of them. This truck has been pissing me off non-stop for nearly a year. I'm sick of fixing crap every time I turn around.

Man when you go, you go all out don't ya? Only thing I can think is a wire is bare some place and causing just enough of a problem that it won't start but is still able to fire the injectors. It's a WAG but its about all I can think of...

Could it be the IDM?

Man, you went through all the tests I can think of. Did you happen to just put fuel in it? Seems like it'd have to be some awfully crappy fuel not to fire, but it's all I've got right now.

I've checked wiring before a few months ago when I had some other issues. I have yet to find a bare wire anywhere. Plus my UVC harnesses are clipped in, and have the tabs to prevent them from popping out.

Of course, without a code being tripped, I have no clue where to start looking for a wiring problem anyway.

Well it's firing fuel, and I have no IDM codes. Plus it ran the BUZZ test just fine.... so I'm really doubting an IDM problem. There just doesn't seem to be any symptoms to warrant it.

You could plug in the block heater for the heck of it. Have you checked all the fuses?

Nope, it's got just under half a tank. I drove from Nebraska on that very same fuel that's in the tank right now, and it ran perfectly fine.

Basically I got home Friday afternoon. Unloaded the truck, cranked it up, and then parked it in my usual spot on the driveway. I didn't touch the truck Saturday or Sunday.

We've been on the road for nearly 2 weeks. My truck has been driven every single day of those two weeks, totalling about 3500 miles for the trip. So I have no idea why after sitting for two days, it suddenly won't start after it's been driving across the country, and into Canada, for almost 2 weeks without an issue. That and the fact that I've thrown every test in the book at it... I'm stumped

Block heater I haven't tried. After jumpering the glow plug relay, and the fact that it's 80 degrees outside, I just didn't see the point in trying. But..... stranger things have happened I guess. I may still give it a go.

And no, I haven't checked the fuses yet. I still need to do that. However, I'm not having any symptoms of something like a fuel bowl heater malfunction, or a dead PCM, or anything like that. Everything seems to be working fine on the electrical end.

Ok... go back to the basics. Did you bump, touch, sneeze or fart near anything on the truck over the weekend? Just thinking if maybe you bumped a wire, switch, something that may not be letting the truck start.
Fuses/relays all check out? Seems futile since its trying to fire but worth a shot.
Did you call it a dirty name when you parked it? Some girls are sensitive like that you know...

Its gotta be something simple, and when you find it you're gonna laugh at yourself and say "why didn't I think of that until now dammit!" Been there, done that myself a few times.

I fart in that truck every time I sit in the seat. I'm sure that seat has a permanent smell of rotten crotch that has roasted down to the very core. But no I haven't done anything to it. The truck has just sat in the driveway for the past 2 days.

Yeah, I haven't checked them yet... but I was thinking the same train of thought as you. Everything was working, it was firing fuel, so what is there to check? I dunno. I may still go through them.

I call that fat pig a bitch every chance I get. She's a dirty tramp who can't stay running for more than 2 weeks at a time before she breaks down, leaves me stranded, and ditches me like the $2 ***** she is. Can you tell I'm frustrated with this truck????

I'm hoping it's something simple. I'm praying it's simple. I would hate to find out that it's not starting because I don't have any compression, or something like that.

Voltage

Even though its rolling over, is it gettting enough voltage for it to fire? WAG from my side I guess, but maybe its not seeing the 10.5 volt min needed.

By any chance is your tuner in no start? A couple of people have had theirs go into no start for no rhyme or reason

That's what i was going to say, make sure u aren't in no start. Maybe u bumped it to no start and didn't know. Then if not you have nothing to lose by unplugging the fuel bowl heater and trying that.
