Nitrogen is inert it doesn't expand or contract based on temperature conditions. Basically unless you have a leak your tire pressure should remain constant when filled with nitrogen.
I have seen it argued both ways. Worth it and not worth it. Personally I think it is a scam to get you to pay more money to have someone put a gas into your tires...
Dealer tried to get me to buy this when I picked up my new truck. Personally, I add air and let air out as I change what I'm towing or if I'm running empty. The Nitrogen would last about 2 weeks and be totally diluted with regular air.

I got nailed for an extra $25 when I picked up my truck. Stealer claimed that he puts nitrogen in all the vehicles before they are sold, like it or not. I got a compressor set up in my garage and don't need nitrogen filled tires. It's just a scam to put extra $$$ in the dealers pocket.
I second this - anyone that has taken basic high school chemistry knows that air is 78% Nitrogen and that all gasses expand and contract with temperature. So the only issue is the inertness of pure nitrogen vs. the 78/20/2% ratios of nitrogen/oxygen/other in air.
Where nitrogen makes a big difference is at extremely high pressures where the 18% oxygen in air affects the rubber and other materials. But it's a non-issue at 65 PSI.
Save your money and put a good coat of wax on instead.
Nitrogen is great if your driving at or above 30,000 feet. The reason nitrogen is used in tires it contains no moisture to freeze. Who would want to land an aircraft with Frozen tires.
We run it in my race car. Not uncommon to see tire temps near 200 degrees F. Pressure will rise 3-4 pounds even with nitrogen on that car - that makes a big difference to us. I do not use nitrogen in anything else, even though I get it for free from a sponsor of mine. Thanks Airgas!
