Ok now that all the vc plugs have been changed outside the gasket, vc gaskets changed, uvcw pigtails changed/checked (some were replace last fall), and I still have white smoke. It is not antifreeze I smelled it, it is diesel fuel. I have checked the oil and I do not appear to be losing any Do I have one or more injectors leaking? That is my only guess at this point.
Is the smoke still there once the engine is warmed up? if so, a leaky in jector is possible, but it is also possible that you have one cylinder low on compression. I just replaced a motor for a guy that had one cylinder that had 75psi of compression, and it blew a constant haze of white smoke.
I don't know if the bad cylinder thing is possible in your truck, I just thought I would throw it out there. I sincerely hope that is not the problem.

you and me both!! I'm hoping its just injectors. The trucks gets up and goes still. Yeah I can drive 20-30 minutes get the truck warmed up and come to a stop light and there's my white smoke.
