Well, I was kinda sortof kidding on that one, though I mounted my boost gauge to the cowel on my drag truck.
As for the T, I'd make one. Go to hardware store and buy 1/8" pipe barbs and a T and screw it all together. You can even find compression fitting for the boost line, or even 1/8" copper line like I have. I hate the cheap plastic lines....
The kit I bought has the compression fittings, just need to T part. I'm going to run the nylon boost line for now and see how it does.
I need to go out and see how well the pod fits over the radio on the dash and see how much it would need to be modified. Then decide whether to go with that pod and the angled cups, or buy a pillar for it. Over the steering wheel is not an option anymore, just doesn't look good and my hands get in the way if they are near the top of the steering wheel.
Decided I'm going to get a pillar pod for it. Looking at how it sits above the radio, I'd have to take an inch off of the width and take about 4 inches off of the back just for it to fit right. And doing the wiring from there would be a real pain.
I can get a 2 gauge pod pretty cheap and it'll be much easier and look better, IMO.
