I would think the holes in the rotors are too small then.

If you know they fit the hub then the holes in the rotor almost have to be to small, Do you have a way to measure and compare the holes??

I had trouble with my 76 Highboy Tow Truck...I usually use the washer/ bigger nut trick and a couple spare lug nuts (The usually get tweaked)...but it wasn't happening....I ended up having to take it to a press (One of the very few tools I haven't broken down to buy yet) 2nd cousins up the street have one...they were extremely tough to get in...but they are in and seated all the way...Worst case..I would call a couple machine shops or an auto shop and ask them about having them press them in for you...a lot of places probably won't even charge you.

I was having a mother of a time getting my new studs pulled into my rotor/hub when I did mine. I ended up taking it up to a mechanic shop and they pulled them in with their 3/4 drive gun. Still took them a long time, and completely used up about four lug nuts. Four brand new lug nuts. No way I was getting that one done myself with a breaker bar. Then I over torqued one of my lug nuts on the wheel and pulled it halfway through the wheel. It's got seven other nuts holding it on tho.
