Talking pushrods

i scored a set of gt40 heads for my truck for $22 at the JY with the throttle body
i was wondering what pushrods to use for them im planing on going with 1.7 rockers for the extra lift but i didnt know if the pushrods would change at all because there different heads and rockers. i kept the ones from the explorer just in case and i obviously have the ones in my truck. I was also wondering about the springs ive heard to change them out cuz they arnt very good has anyone else heard that i kno this is a common swap and im lookin for some input thanks in advance Chuck

Those heads are a direct swap no need for different pushrods or anything else.

cool is it still a good idea to put the 1.7s on it or is it better to leave 1.5s on?

Stock SBF rocker ratio is 1.6.. but there's nothing wrong with adding 1.7's.

New springs aren't a bad idea, Summit Racing has all the parts.
