Engine light on??

Engine light on??
So on 9/7/2010 Engine light came on. I hooked up my scan tool and P0414- Secondary Air Injection System Valve A CKT Short popped up on scan tool. What would this be? Smog pump?
And also just today I smelled radiator coolant as I was going to school didnt think much of it untill me and some buuddys were going to radio shack and smoke started coming from vents, No burning smelll but just the smell of antifreeze really bad. I can turn the blower motor off and still the smell is there and the smoke still comes from vents. nothing is burning in the truck or engine compartment no smell of smoke no fire yet. But if i turn on the blower motor the smoke looking **** is clearly visible and reeks like anitfreeze badly. Also as all this was happening i noticed i am leaking antifreeze right below the heater core.... any ideas on both problems??
1996, F-150, 302, Short bed, single cab, 4-wheel drive!
